Some advises of Dalai Lama

These and other quotes from Dalai Lama I found in the blog "Who's yo Mama?"
You can find them in many of his books too.Why I repost them here? Because the first one is specially for me.Here it is:

unless you make specific time
for something that you feel committed to,
you will always have other obligations
and you will always be too busy"

"In Buddhism in general, a lot of attention is paid to our attitudes towards our rivals or enemies. This is because hatred can be the greatest stumbling block to the development of compassion and happiness. If you can learn to develop patience and tolerance towards your enemies, then everything else becomes much easier--your compassion towards all others begins to flow naturally."

"What I believe, according to my own experience, is that a calm, peaceful mind is a very important element for sustaining the body in a balanced way. When you lose your temper, immediately you feel uncomfortable. Eventually, you lose your digestion and sleep. You have to rely more and more on tranquilizers. So, whether you are a believer or a non-believer, the peaceful mind in daily life is very, very important."
