Lemon and Other Energizing Drinks
glitter-graphics.com
Is the lack of energy your problem? It's surely mine. What do you do to solve this problem? Overdose of caffee? I just can't even think about caffee. It's smell provokes cramps in my body. I began to hate it, confess...
They say, the problems are different: we need more Vit B-s, our liver and kidneys are full of all kinds of toxins and can't work normally, all our organs do not receive enough oxigen for these and other reasons...
What can help us? Natural food.
Fermented drinks like teas, kvass etc.
Honey+ royal jelly+propolis
The weight loss drink I told about in my previous post
black tea
and pure 1 lemon juice. If you prefer, you can use honey to feel better taste in your mouth after you drink it.
What do you prefer? I use all of these and those are good solutions. The only problem is they are not ultimate ones. Maybe, it's necessary think about cleansing of liever and kidneys?

Natural Diet for Irritated Intestine
So, what to eat?
Every non-irritating food boiled or backed.
Nothing cold.
And drinks. Fortunately, both tea and coffee are allowed. But the very best is the dog rose. Chamomile is good, too. Nothing carbonated.
Potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, squash and beet. No cabbages -even boiled.
Boiled beef and soups with beef tea. No veal (for hormones).
"Natural medicine". Because other remedies do not work... even for short periods.
Apples - among the fruits. Those -boiled or backed. Nothing fresh.
What a terrible life!!!!!
I wanted to share my recipe of backed apples. Very easy and sweet.

Anti-Oxidant and Multivitaminic Treatments
It is surely an ideal of youth and, with it, of the best period in the life of every woman when she still has not particular worries and responsibilities.
In fact, the body of this sculpture is a Roman copy of a Greek original. But this copy was made to remain in eternity the presumed beauty and youth of a rich woman who ordered this ideal image of herself (marble was very expensive, and she had to pay a fortune for this statue).
If you look at her face, you will notice that it's the face of much more older person.
Well, as you see, nothing changed in the mentality of humans with the time that passes. Two thousand years after the death of that woman, we think so much what we have to do to remain as young as possible as long as possible. We do not order marble statues to "live" for eternity, we want to be young today. And the passwords are "Anti-Oxidants" and "Vitamins".
Do you take them for different reasons? I answer Yes. I can't live without my Multi- because I begin to "tremble" without Magnesium and Potassium first of all. Even if my diet is rich of vegetables: I like to eat salads with olive oil and balsamic vinegar of Modena. And, then, I try to buy aliments of good quality.
Here I want to publish some interesting facts I recently found in internet. Maybe, if you did not read it before, they will change something in your thoughts about the health, too.
Two large trials of antioxidants were set up...One was in Finland, where 30,000 participants at high risk of lung cancer were recruited, and randomized to receive beta-carotene, vitamin E, or both or neither. Not only were there more lung cancers among the people receiving the supposedly protective beta-carotene supplements, compared with placebo, but this vitamin group also had more deaths overall, from both lung cancer and heart disease. The results of the other trial were almost worse...Two groups of people at high risk of lung cancer were studied. Half were given beta-carotene and vitamin A, while the other half got placebo. 18000 participants were due to be recruited throughout its course, and the intention was that they would be followed up for an average of six years; but in fact, the trial was terminated early, because it was considered unethical to continue it. Why? The people having the antioxidant tablets were 46% more likely to die from lung cancer, and 17% more likely to die of any cause, than the people taking the placebo pills.Since then the placebo-controlled trial data on antioxidant vitamin supplements has continued to give negative results, The most up-to-date Cochrane reviews of the literature pool...show that antioxidant supplements are either ineffective or perhaps even actively harmful. Most recently, a Cochrane review looked at the number of deaths, from any cause, in all the placebo-controlled randomized trials on antioxidants that have ever been performed, describing the experiences of 230,000 people in total. This showed overall that, antioxidant vitamin pills do not reduce deaths, and in fact they may increase your chance of dying.vitamin D level: normal range is between 30 and 100 nmol/L (though readings below 50 are still not optimal for bone and overall health). Raw Food Diet
Raw food... maybe, I'm not informed about it but I have to admit that I knew nothing before I read this article today.
Do you eat raw aliments? Well, salads, fruits... What else? Ah, I eat medical herbs I pick up in our soil when I go for a walk in the morning, in spring. And I make juices from them, too.
Who knows, maybe raw food could be the right solution to loose weight.
They say, fibers are very useful for intestine, they clean it and all the body, too. And the skin becomes young and beautiful, naturally.
Do you know what is my problem? I can't live without meat, sugar and fat. I'm able to eat 250 g of butter without anything. Only butter. I add 2-3 kg after that, I even feel bad some time later, but I can't resist on the tentation to eat it.
Raw food is not for everybody -those who has allergies, pancreatitis etc have not to experiment with raw vegetables because they can irritate the intestine. But in my case it is not so serious and I want to try, sincerely.
I'm not convinced, because I know that the vegetables sold in the shops grow often in not clean places. But, to be honest, where you can find clean ambience today? Only on my hill, where I live. And it will not be too natural because there paesants use very hard toxins to grow anything. And vegetables you grow personally in your garden will be contaminated, anyway.
Well, I will begin my diet immediately. I go to squeeze a lemon.

Harmful Foods
Burgers* – Would you eat a burger made out of “pink slime”—the name given to the mechanically separated meat that’s treated with ammonia hydroxide to kill bacteria like E-coli? McDonald’s, Taco Bell and Burger King, once purveyors of pink slime, say they have discontinued their use of this meat, made from discarded beef (i.e. everything else from the cow that had been deemed inedible), but who still does? Schools serve it up daily in kids’ lunches.
· Chicken –To disinfect and cool chicken post slaughter, chickens are often soaked in a chlorine bath with a water-to-chlorine ratio up to 50 times more potent than the local swimming pool. Then, to help hide the chlorine taste, the chickens are “plumped” with salt water, making the chickens larger in both weight and price. Plus, via a scientific experiment, THE DOCTORS determined that chlorine baths may not even rid chicken of the bacteria the chlorine bath is supposed to prevent.
· Ice Cream – One billion gallons of ice cream are consumed by Americans every year. The most popular flavor? Vanilla. Real vanilla beans are expensive, so to save money, many ice cream makers use a synthetic flavoring called piperonal which is also an ingredient in lice killer.
· Bread – Many breads are made with potassium bromate, which has been banned in Canada and the UK and has been named a carcinogen by the EPA, but has been approved by the FDA. Plus, azodicarbonamide, found in many manufactured donuts and hamburger buns - as well as plastics, rubber and foam - has been found to aggravate asthma symptoms and contribute respiratory problems in humans.
So, what does THE DOCTORS recommend to avoid these harmful foods?
- Read the fine print on labels!
o Look for fewer ingredients with words you can pronounceo Avoid “artificial flavors” as much as possibleo Avoid “artificial dyes”, especially Red 40, Blue 1, Yellow 5 & 6· Limit processed foods.
· While it’s not economical for everyone to buy organic all the time, it’s worth spending a few extra dollars on organic poultry and beef.
o To save money, purchase the whole chicken. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts are the most expensive by the pound.o Check the “sell by” dates, and plan to shop the day before when your butcher is likely to mark down the poultry and meat.o Consider buying direct from a farmer’s market· Check the sodium levels on fresh and frozen chicken packaging.
o A truly natural chicken breast has 50 to 75 mg. of sodium. If there’s more than that, the bird has been “plumped”.· Cook for your family.
o If you want to know what’s in your food, make it yourself.o It’s a great way to bond with your children and teach them about health.

Aliments for Good Sleep
One does not eat after 18:00
Other eats something before going to bed because feels bad with the empty stomach.
Somebody tryes to avoid coffee other does not drink at all.
Most use camomile or milk or honey or mix all them in a warm sweet drink...
What scientists say about it?
I found an article that -if summarized- explains what we have to avoid and what to assume before we go to bed:
Don't eat great quantities of food, much salt and peppers (all varieties)
Don't eat anything that includes great quantities of sodium: chips and crisps, stock-cubes and any tinned food.
Don't eat chocolate and don't drink coffee, tea etc.
What CAN we eat before we go to bed?
Ant food that helps to the body to produce seratonina responsible for relaxation and psychical health.
Such as:
Rise, cereals, pasta, bread, milk, vegetables and mature fruits.
The Prince of Relax is mandarine that contains many bromuri.
All this in respect of personal allergies and intollerances.

Boost Your Health this Thanksgiving
«Клюква» на Яндекс.Фотках
This article seems to me interesting (from a mail):
Don’t be fooled by their size. Cranberries are the ultimate super fruit packed with nutrients and antioxidants. From combating urinary tract infections to promoting gastrointestinal (digestive) health, the lists of health benefits are endless. Make sure you don’t pass on the cranberries this Thanksgiving and enjoy cranberries as a juice or cocktail, in pie, jam or sauce. In addition to cranberries, life insurance quotes are another great way to add security to your healthy lifestyle.
ChicagoHealers.com Practitioner Dr. Helen Lee shares how cranberries can boost your health this Thanksgiving.· Urinary Tract Health: Studies in 1994 showed that women who drank cranberry juice were less likely to develop urinary tract infections. At the Experimental Biology conference in 2002 a study showed that 8-oz of cranberry juice cocktail prevented E. Coli from adhering to the wall of the bladder. Cranberries contain a structurally unique form of proanthocyanidins which prevent bacteria such as E. Coli from adhering to the urinary tract and thus can be released through the urine.· Antioxidants: Antioxidants are compounds in the body which have the ability to stabilize free radicals which cause cellular damage, increased degeneration/aging/disease, as well as increase risk of cancer. A study published in the November 19, 2001 edition of the Journal of Agriculture and Food Chemistry showed cranberries to contain more antioxidant phenols than 19 other common fruits & vegetables.· Gastrointestinal Health: Cranberry has been found to inhibit some food-bourne bacteria from attaching to the mucosal lining of the digestive tract. A study in Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition also showed that cranberry juice prevents the common bacteria responsible for many stomach ulcers, Helicobacter pylori, from adhering to the gastric wall.· Cholesterol Health: A study in British Journal of Nutrition showed 8% increase in HDL (“good”) levels of 30 overweight men with slightly elevated LDL. Increased levels of HDL has been shown to decrease risk of heart/cardiovascular disease.

My New Diet: Apple Cider Vinegar
The problem is that I continue to add kilos despite all my entations to remain at least where I reached this time. I know that I don't make movements since I stay all days long for the PC and never go out at feet. If we go out, we use the car. You can't go some km-s till the next shop and to turn back with the full bag than. Well, you CAN do it, but there are so many tasks to do that it's practically unpossible. (It's my justification of my sedentary live).
«Яблоко» на Яндекс.Фотках
From other side, I eat too much (in confront to the movements I do) and I like fat and sweeties. And there is the matter, I know. But I'm not able not to eat.
But the weight becomes higher and higher from day to day and the bones do not support it more.
Two days ago I read about the apple cider vinegar. They say, it's possible to become more slim if you drink it before you eat. 1 spoonful of vinegar in 1 glass of water. At least in the morning and than before you go in bed.
I began to do it. It's the 3-d day today.
The first and the best result: I don't have the insatiable desire to eat sweeties. This one is my greatest problem. I HAVE to gulp down sugar. And not simple sweeties. Chocolate, ice-creams 'something like this. "Heavy" enough. Yesterday, the second day of my diet, I did not want to eat the second Lindt bon-bon! I could not believe my eyes! I adore these chocolates. It's great, guys! It's the best thing I could imagine to have from the diet.
I tryed once with special aliments that have to fill the stomach once they enter it. But it was something terrible.
But I have a problem with my new diet. When I drink vinegar before I go to bed, I feel giddy. And I have special taste in the mouth in the morning. Probably, I have to drink it only before I eat.
Now, I read some articles about apple cider vinegar.
They tell about the effect I just had: the persons renounce on sweeties when drink vinegar. But the quantity I use is probably too high. They speak about 2 tea-spoons with 250 ml of water. I take 1 soup-spoon with 200 ml. Than, the significant results you will notice after 2-3 months (well, it's not bad because it's normal for weight loose, I think). The vinegar you can find in the shops is in the most cases not natural but made with essence that is bad for the health. It's better to make it at home. You can add honey to the vinegar you drink. You have drink it with attention to not touch the teeth. As a tonic you can drink it once a day, to loose weight 3 times a day after the meals.

10 Things to Know about Green Tea
Among all the types of green tea I prefere those with jasmin that generally comes from China. Yesterday I knew about the very special green tea that comes from Japan. I was surprized, I did not imagine that the tea can grow in Japan too.
It was a precious medicine first, untill they learnd to grow these plants in great quantities. Even Japanese architectural style was influenced by tea culture!
«Cheesecake» на Яндекс.Фотках
Green Tea helps if you have rheumatism, if you are tired and if you have problems with the eyes.
But one writes it's bracing, other writes it's calming. Where is the truth?
Here are some rules you have to know to drink good and healthy tea.
1- it's good to drink tea at leasst 1 hour after meals.
2- never drink tea 15 minutes after it was made.
3- if you drink it 2 min after, it is bracing
4- if you drink it 5 minutes after, it is calming
5- if you take it with milk or honey, it becomes calming but you have to pour tea in milk and not contrary. 1 part milk and 2 parts tea. It's diuretic, so avoid to drink it in the evening.
6- the best grean tea consists from big leaves.
7- avoid tea if you have cardiovascular deseases
8- avoid tea with ginseng if you have tumours and if you are a woman after 50
9- great quantities of grean tea can cause liver and kidney problems
10-if you have low blood pressure or different digestion problems, it's better to avoid grean tea too.
Moral:
Green Tea is excellent drink if you make it light enough and take not more than 2 cups a day.

Causes Calcium Supplements Heart Attacks
A recent study on calcium supplements claims that taking calcium supplements causes a 30% increase in heart attacks. ChicagoHealers.com Practitioner Martha Howard, MD believes there are some serious problems with the study, a meta-analysis by Professor Ian Reid from the Department of Medicine at the University of Auckland, and published in the British Medical Journal.
A prominent researcher on calcium metabolism Professor Chris Nordin, of Royal Adelaide Hospital, has already questioned the findings. He says that the review is misleading because it does not separate men from women in the findings. According to him “Men are much more liable to heart attacks than women, but women need calcium far more than men, so it is absurd to publish a study of the effect of calcium on the heart without separating men from women.”
ChicagoHealers.com Practitioner Dr. Martha Howard, MD, offers the following:
* Objections to the Study:
o We have no way of knowing how accurate the original 11 studies were because there are a lot of hazards in the kind of statistical number-crunching involved in a meta-analysis. Worst case scenario is a meta-analysis of 11 studies is conducted, all of which are flawed in their methods or have doubtful data or conclusions, and a larger conclusion may be reached.
o We do know that in the studies, the calcium was treated as an “independent variable” so magnesium and Vitamin D were not given. Magnesium is needed to balance calcium intake. Vitamin D is needed for proper calcium metabolism.
o Carrying out studies that do not provide the other vitamins and minerals needed could have some very poor results. It is possible that calcium supplements, specifically when given without magnesium and Vitamin D, do cause additional calcium deposits in the arteries. This may lead to more heart attacks, but the meta-analysis is not sufficient evidence to tell.
* Recommendations:
· Calcium, Magnesium, and Vitamin D supplementation is especially important for premenopausal and postmenopausal women. The current recommendation for premenopausal and postmenopausal women is from 1000 to 1500 mg of calcium per day.
· Given that most people do get some calcium in their diet, 500 mg of calcium with 250 mg magnesium and 400 IU of Vitamin D (taken all together) is probably enough supplementation, unless the person is allergic to dairy.
· Vitamin D is very important to bone health. There are many people walking around with Vitamin D deficiency in the United States—not enough sun exposure, and not enough Vitamin D in their diets. In addition to osteoporosis, Vitamin D deficiency also is a factor in Alzheimer’s disease. Get your Vitamin D level taken, and if it is low, take 2000 IU or more per day until your level is normal.
· Take the Vitamin D orally, do not accept high dose injections—they have been associated with atypical bone fractures.

Tips for Safe Barbequing
The phto is not exactly barbeque, it's shashlyk, but I'm an author of it, and it is more or less about similar cooking, so I decided to add it.
· An April 2006 presentation at the American Association for Cancer Research showed that when PhIP, a barbecue/char chemical, was added to rats’ food, they developed cancerous changes in their intestines, spleens and prostates within four weeks.
· HCAs, heterocyclic amines, are also produced when meat is charred. This compound can increase the risk of breast, stomach, colon, and prostate cancer.
· PAHs, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, are produced by smoking fat from chicken, fish or meat and can damage lung, liver, skin and kidney tissue.
Tips for Safe Barbequing:
* Clean the grill: get rid of the old fats left over from previous meals.
* Avoid petroleum starters for charcoal: If you use charcoal, use a wood starter and stack your charcoal up in a 2 pound metal can with the ends cut off. Lift off the can with tongs and spread out the coals when they are well started.
* Proper timing: Avoid a time gap between opening the valve and starting the grill.
* Wash your hands: Keep your hands clean and use separate plates and cutting boards for raw and cooked meats. Be sure to wash hands again before putting on long, heat-proof barbecue gloves.
* Trim meat: Trim most of the fat from meat; less fat means fewer PAHs.
* Use marinades: This protects the meat from charring. Put the marinade on, and refrigerate until use. Don’t let meat sit out.
* Pre-cooking: Use pre-cooking prior to grilling, especially for items like raw brats. Avoid taking burgers, chicken or other meats directly from the freezer to the grill.
* Cutting techniques: Cut meat and chicken into smaller pieces so they cook through.
* Flipping: Turn down the fire, and turn your burgers, steaks, chops, or chicken often, so they cook through, and come out golden brown.
* Meat thermometer: If you are cooking a thicker portion of meat or chicken, use a meat thermometer.
o Hamburger: 160 degrees
o Pork: 150 degrees
o Hot dogs: 140 degrees
o Steak: 145 degrees for medium rare and 160 degrees for medium.

Against GM products: GM Soy is Dangerous!
I just wrote about the petition you can sign to convince European parlament to change their erroneous decision about the GM plants and foods. Here you can read an article I became a moment ago.
Please, read my post and my personal experience here Against GM Foods and sign the petition because they need one million of signs to pass it to the parlament.
Soy goods have swept the nation, taking over grocery stores and health food stores alike, with the perception of being a natural and wholesome source of protein and more. Tofu hot dogs and burgers are found in the "healthy eating" section of the grocery store. Many babies are downing soy-based formulas in place of breast milk. Clearly, there are firm believers who claim that soy is a miracle food, but others reason that daily soy consumption can increase the risk of developing certain health problems.
Independent research has raised many questions concerning the relationship between soy and breast cancer. Decreased brain function in men has been linked to soy, and now scientists are questioning soy and its relationship to developmental abnormalities in infants. Essentially, soy may not be the health food that you think it is. ChicagoHealers Practitioner Dr. Tom Bayne, DC offers the following, potentially surprising, facts on soy.
- Soy Contains Natural Chemicals that mimic estrogen called isoflavones. Animal studies show that this chemical can alter sexual development. What’s more, Japanese researchers found that as little as 2 tablespoons a day of soy powder had a dramatic effect on thyroid function. It created a state of hypothyroidism with early goiter changes in spite of adequate iodine intake. They also found that the effect lasted for 3 months after soy consumption was discontinued.
- Soybeans Contain an Anti-Nutrient called phytic acid. All beans do. However, soybeans have the highest levels of phytic acid compared to other beans. Adding to the high phytate problem, soybeans are highly resistant to phytate-reducing techniques, such as long, slow cooking as used with other beans. Phytic acid blocks the absorption of certain minerals, including magnesium, calcium, iron and zinc. This is of particular interest when it comes to soy-based infant formulas and the nutrient deficiencies created in the name of health.
- Soybeans Contain Enzyme Inhibitors that decrease protein digestion, create bloating, and eventually lead to amino acid deficiencies. Additionally, soybeans contain hemagglutinin, a clot-promoting substance which causes red blood cells to clump together. These clumped blood cells cannot properly transport oxygen to the body's tissues, which can lead to cardiac difficulties.
- Soy Straight from the Ground is Not for Human Consumption. Only after fermentation for an extended period of time as seen with miso and tempeh production are the beans, or the soy protein isolate, suitable for digestion when eaten. Another method of making the beans edible is through extensive processing such as chemical extractions and high temperatures.
One would assume that anything that can cause decelerated thyroid, depressed hormones, digestve failure, blood clots and nutrient deficiencies would be illegal to sell. It probably would be illicit if the average person were selling it, but when the lead dominators of agribusiness can pay for research studies and manipulate the findings to their liking, it creates a multibillion dollar industry from a bean that was considered waste and animal feed as recently as 100 years ago. Genetic modification has meant that all seeds are purchased from one supplier. This is truly big business at its worst.
ChicagoHealers.com Practitioner Dr. Tom Bayne, DC. offers the following tips for safely incorporating soy into your diet:
- Fermentation: Fermentation reduces the phytic acid, trypsin inhibitors, and hemagglutinin. Although it reduces the existence of these substances, it does not eliminate them completely. We recommend that you eat only small amounts of soy.
- GMO Free: Be certain that the soy products you ingest are not genetically modified, and are preserved in a fermented form like that of miso or tempeh.
The best advice is to steer clear of soy protein powders, foods and supplements that are not fermented and GMO free. There is no need to fully eliminate soy, but everything should be eaten in moderation.

What is Healthy Breakfast?
It's about healthy breakfast.
To have right digestion you have to eat when the Sun rises: from 6 till 8 o'clock.
Prana, the wind of the life of our bodies, begins to move but is not very strong else. So, the aliments for the breakfast have to be light enough and provoke happiness.
Because the digestion is not strong else, the Sun and the Moon are not strong too, heavy food is to avoid.
The pick of the digestion is between 8 and 9 in the morning, till this time breackfast has to be ready for digestion just in the stomach.
What is good to eat in the morning?
Fruits
Dairy products
Sweeties
Nuts
Marmalade
Sugar
Honey
Butter
Dried fruit
Buckwheat (other cereals are digested in the right mode ONLY at lunch)
Seasonal aliments
From Spring and during the Summer when the Sun is hard, it's good to use fresh fruits and cultured milk foods.
From Autumn and in Winter is good to add warming foods like cheese, butter, sour cream, condensed milk. In Winter use less dried fruits than in Autumn and more nuts.
If those are aliments of the happiness, why not eat them all the day long?
Sweeties after 9 o'clock contribute to relax the body and to acquire illnesses. If the body is too relaxed during the daytime, the efforts damage it, and it conducts to the diseases.

Why Is Fish Oil So Important
Not only bones become thin, brittle, misshapen when Vitamine D is scanty in the body, situation that favours osteoporosis, very frequent actually in the women. Fish Oil is rich on polyunsaturated fat, Omega 3 fatty acids, that can help us to avoid many problems of the mature age. Cholesterol levels, heart diseases and Alzheimer's disease are only some of them. And the prevention is not so difficult. It's enough to remember the remedy of our grandies and mothers.
I had to add fish oil to my diet. I'm fortunate, it is not necessary to drink fish oil so as it was when I was a little girl. I buy tabs that have not taste neither smell of fish. It is possible even choose between different types of fishes because the fish oil is made from cod, salmon, tuna, sardines, herring and mackerel and other species of fishes, and they come from different seas.
So if you are not too young, think about changes in your diet and add fish oil to it.

Spices For Long Life
There were different plates that I've never seen before that party, and, sincerely, I could not eat anything because they were full of spices and -mostly- of pepper, I think. Even the dessert. When I ate a very little piece of that dessert (my friend said me: take a very little piece before you begin to eat), my eyes were out of their places.
Well, we do not eat so much spices -if we eat them at all.
But this is not very good because the spices offer many possibilities to improve our health. They are good for depression, skin, cancer, regulating of sugar, obesity, dementia and many other problems.
Today I write about cinnamon. It is obesity-fighting, sugar regulating, immune-boosting, internal parasits fighting. Cinnamon is good for degestive problems, toothaches, postmenopausal problems and Type2 diabetes.
If you want to try with this spices you have to remember that there are 2 plants that are called cinnamon in the commerce: Cinnamomum zeylanicum and Cassia. I write about the first one here. So, control the ingredients, when you buy it.
My personal advise is to try with the tea in the bags that you can find in the supermarket. Indian voyage, it's name, I think. With cinnamon, cloves and ginger. Very nice taste.

Summary About Weight Loss
Think about this: the excessive weight is not only the sign of the incorrect nutrition and insufficient motion activity. It's the sign the systems of our organism do not work well as a result of our bad behaviour. Once I read the words I liked very much: we cure our cars so much, we will never use low quality benzine etc. You got the idea. Why we never cure our body with similar attention? It's enough to see, what products we eat.
My friends laugh and my husband grumbles, when I go in the supermarkets and begin to read the descriptions of ingredients of the products I want to buy. Well, I want to believe they are honest. But if you read them, you notice this peculiarity: similar items can contain very different ingredients. One, as example, has only this or that vegetable and water, other has one or more additives. And THESE parts can provoke your eccessive weight.

What To Do With Tibetan Milk Mushroom
Some of my readers asked me to explane how to cure this culture. I could not write about it because I had not much of the mushroom and had to wait it grows enough. Now I have some photos and post them here for you.
There is an important rule to follow:
never use metal.
The second is an important condition:
to grow, it needs warm place and air to breath.
Because it is too cold in my house, I bought a yoghurt machine.
I don't close it completly, as you see on the photo. This way, I think, it has enough air to breath.
After 10 hours (more or less) my fermented milk is ready. Here is how it looks:
I use only clotted part because I noticed, the whey is not good for my digestion. And I needed 3-4 days at the beginning that my organism accepts this type of yoghurt.
When the yoghurt is in the cup, I wash the milk mushroom with cold water and here it is just washed:
I prepare cold milk in the microwave cooker, throw tibetan milk mushroom in it and put it in the yoghurt machine.
All this you have to do every day. If you have to go away for some days, you have to wash your Tibetan Milk Mushroom with cold water and put it in the fridge.
This is all you have to know about the Tibetan Milk Mushroom. They say, it is very good for all digestive system. But you have to eat this yoghurt for long time to see the results.

Probiotics In My Bag
I read once that these products are a very great Lie. Because the Bacteria can't survive in these vases first and they can't arrive "alive and active" till the gut. But I like yogurt and want believe they, bacteria, can do it.
I wrote about them an article that you can read if you visit this page Probiotics to the rescue. My article was not chosen by the person that wanted these articles. Unfortunatelly it becomes worsest and worsest votes (it was 9-th first). My article is not very good but there are some interesting dates about our health there.
