A very short post to tell you about un unusual weight lose technique.
You can eat everything you want -in reasonable measures, clear. Not some kg-s every time you open the mouth. :0)))
Sweeties only till 12:00. Bread, rise, macaronies for lunch. Vegetables for dinner.
Never eat after 18:00 if you go to bed normally, if you do not sleep till the midnight or later you can ea at 20:00 but never later in any case.
This is from MY experience: a glass of kefir (fermented milk similar to yoghurt) as breakfast is enough to live till 13:00 without "second breakfast".

It's great to be able to eat whatever you want but it won't be healthy. Can't have everything!
