Balancing The Chakras

I have a sort of block in the last time in sense of main theme of this blog. Maybe because I have to learn many things about healing possibilities of gemstones and have to write posts every day about them.

Now I read a post about balancing the chakras and did not understand it. So, decided to write my opinion about it here.

Maybe it's because I have an other way to feel the world -and it's really difficult to accept the way to see it of other persons. Or it can be because I'm too lazy and don't work with my capacities to take them on more high level of perception. So, I don't see chakras. And don't see their colours. I only feel energy and sometimes I see it.

From other side, my teachers never told about the necessity to see, to "balance" chakras. I can say you more, in one practice we can speak about one colour in other practice about other colour associated with the same chakra.

Now, the question about balancing, aligning the chakras.
As I said many times, I had a bad experience at the begining of my research on this way, when I did something I found in an ancient tractat about chakras. I was very ill for much time and don't do anything with them from that experience.

What I want to say...
As for me, making asanas or -as I do- tibetan or other practices in regular way means making "alignment" of the chakras too.
If you "align" chakras and then go in the next bar to drink a good beer (as example) ...

Is there something that I don't understand maybe?

Is Khambo Lama Itighelov Alive?

Is he alive or dead?
80 years is he dead. Buried in a sarcophagus.
But he is alive.
Researches say.
His skin is flexible. The proteins are on the levels of alive body.
All joints are flexible. Hairs and nails are as in alive body. The skin and muscles, when pressed, has reaction of the alive body. When the box with meditating Lama was opend there air was profumed.

Lama was sitting in the Lotos-pose in the box, and all parts of body were on their places (eyes, nose, ears -in dead person or mummy they don't remain at their places). There was not putrefaction at all.

15 June of 1927 Khambo Lama asked his pupils to recite a mantra for a dead person. They did not want do it, so he recited it himself and entered in the state of meditation. He asked to open his body after 30 years. The box was opend, but the body was nor putrifyed. So the box was closed and burried once more (if the body was putrifyed, the buddhists had to fire it). In 2002 the box was opened in the presence of many scientists. With the results I just described.

All these years (from 2002) he is in the temple under the ball of glass with normal temperature of the room. There are not signs of putrifaction. He has even blood. It is in the jelly-state. From time to time he changes weight. Sometimes less sometimes more.

Buddhists do not alow to make more researches. "Khambo Lama did not give the directions to do it. We don't need any proves. For us he is alive," say they.

Jampa Sandepa from India on the conference said, Khambo Lama is in the state of the profound meditation, and there were different examples of it in the history of Buddhismus. Maybe he could reach the state of samadhi where a person can control his living processes.

When I was a school-girl, in 70-th, there was one yogi that said to his pupils to burry him in a wooden box for 20 years, I think. Some years ago I heard in Italian TV, that the pupils unburried that yogi. I think, he is alive, but I'm not sure.

The "How-s" of Crystal and Gemstone Healing

Very interesting for me theme is going round some blogs of my friends-bloggers just for some months. It's Crystals and Gemstones Healing. Maybe because I like gemstones, I'm not satisfied else, so I looked around the Internet to see what others say about it.

I found that this theme is typical for Mystics and New Age. Because I know physics a little (about magnetism, vibrations, atomic structures of every physical body and energy prodused by all these movements), I think there have to be good reasons for these treatment. Here are some quotes:

Once "cleansed'', you "programme" it for a particular use. This is done by holding the stone in your hand and projecting thoughts to it. Crystals are sometimes placed on chakras that correspond to the colours of the crystals and their spiritual properties. This is claimed to cleanse and energise the chakras (Source)

You can program your stones and crystals for specific use or just use them for decoration and let them do what they do naturally, which is to dissolve and balance energy. (Source)

Interesting is the advise to create personal crystals altar, practically a box with stones added to your altar, to have your programmed stones always ready to serve you. And here is an interesting article about choosing the cristal you need for your proposals that says :

1. Clearly identify your purpose
2. Look for a few crystal varieties that seem to support your goal (in a book, online, from a professional, etc.).
3. Pick a specific specimen that offers vibrational match to your frequency.

And what I've never heard:
be open to crystal's influence (because we are often too receptive to outside influences -specially of negatively charged persons)
and place your crystal NEAR a small water fountain

This allows the very powerful chi of the water to propagate the vibrational frequency of the crystal throughout your house or office. (from the same article)

If Someone Strikes You On The Right Cheek

This is the quater I remembered when wrote my previous post and discussed it in comments:

In the Sermon on the Mount Jesus says these familiar words, “You have heard that it was said, ‘Eye for eye, and tooth for tooth.’ But I tell you, Do not resist an evil person. If someone strikes you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also.” (Mtt 5:38-39) ( Source)

I read and heard many times that persons discuss these words (Footiam, you see, Jesus says the same your words about bad persons, but calls them "evil persons") and I was not agree with Jesus Christ too. How is it possible -turn to him the other! Nonsens.

I could understood it only in the last period. I -as always- tell you the story. I think, the stories explain the thought better as simple words.

This summer I had a very bad experience. Person that had to love me and that I'm very bounded to, betrayed me. I know that this person doesn't love me, I knew that will betray me in this situation or at least will try to do everything possible to make bad to me, but I was not ready to experience it. One thing is to know, other thing is to experience.

It was one of the worst days in my life. I can't explain what I proved. I could not believe my eyes. I hoped I'm not right, and hoped this person in the last moment will remember who am I and will not do it for me.
But... for this person the only important thing was to throw me from the question. And so was.

I was shocked. Not for the question, but for the behaviour.
I began to repeate: I wish, they become finally happy with my things. First times I said these words with anger. But more I repeated them more they were sincere.

After some time I began to feel Very Happy. I did not think about the losed things, I had not emotions in confront to this person. Nothing. I had to live with this person in the same room and we had quiet relations. I had not to forgive or to forget, I could not change the situation. But nothing had any importance.

Our Lama said us once: you have to understand that wrathful yidam is our anger that went out of us. I could not understand it for some time. Now I think, when the bad part of us goes away, like bad spirit, what remains inside us is our true nature. Happy nature.

That is why we can "turn him the other". We alow that the "bad spirit" goes away.

After that first time I had the same reaction different other times. I don't do it specially. It happens so. I understand that the person is suffering, I don't wish punishment, revenge. I let him/her take what they want and let them go.

Believe or not believe, but I have Incredible Happyness in return.
And it's the best.

From Endarkenment To Enlightenment

I continue here the idea that begins in my post Tara and Dakini -Female Buddhas and the post of Zubli Zainordin Total Being but practically in many other posts too. I did not wanted but this blog seems to take not healing but spiritual direction... Well, it's the same, if we think about it.

Now, I tell you a little story.
A srange story. But it's about Endarkment and Enlightment. Day and Night, Black and White of Tai-Chi, if you want.

It happend some months after the death of Imir. My husband had to go in a far village to make olive oil. I had to rest home. I felt very bad that day -I could not find place from the morning, the soul was in an incredible agitation. When my husband turned back from work and had to go to make oil, I was in a state that I can't describe, so bad my soul felt. And I had an unsupportable wish to earn as a dog. (I have to say, I had similar states of soul many times in my life but I never had this particular reaction)

My husband went away and ... disappeared. He stopped the car to drink water from the fountain. 2 young men, that followed him with their moto, menaced him with pistols, took the car and his wallet and went away. My husband had to walk about 10 km before he could denounce the incident. Policemen gave him money to take the bus, and he turned home at about 22:00 in the evening.

There were his documents and some expensive things in the car. There was a great (for us) amount of money too -all money that we had in that moment. He had to pay something urgently.
I don't know to explain you, what this misfortune was for us in that moment. It was not a tragedy. It was finish. Point. We could not go out of that disaster. The only way was to ask alms if not to go in prison for debts.

In the time when my husband was not at home else, I began to do practices that I learned in the Buddhist Institute (I just studied about a year, I think). Because I'm not a regular believer, I "spoke" with Buddhas. I told them what the situation means for us and asked about help. I did prostrations and recited "Confession to 35 Buddhas", as I remember. I did not ask to punish that young men, I asked only that they lieve the car because they don't need it, that they don't brake it, because we have not money to repair it ecc ecc.
At one moment I felt great joy. And I felt that everything will be good.

When my husband turned home, I was incredibly happy. I could not make a tragical face. I was happy. Can you imagine the situation? A mad woman.

In the night police found our car 50 km from the place where it was stolen. Nothing was gone. Only the cell and the jacket of my husband and ... my disc with music of a not very known even in Russia russian rock-group :))). No one scratch.
Policemen said, they did not believe their eyes.

I tryed to write as short as possible, hope my thoughts are clear.
Why I remembered this old story? Because I had an other similar story some days ago. A simple story, nothing so bad, that is why I don't tell it here. But I complained with Buddhas and received the answer. And the happy end too.

So, I thought, I know 3 forces.
1- human, that can nothing.
2- beings, that know what will happen, but they can do or change nothing. They can only try to alert you about bad event in your life. If you are able to hear them, you call it "intuition".
3- High Beings, that are able not only to stop the train running in the hell, they are able to change railway of this train, to send it in completely different direction.

Who are they? Why they do it?
Or it's our own enlightened state?
Sincerely, I think, I don't need answers. But I'm still surprized of these Forces.

Understanding "I Ching" or "Book of Changes"

Confucius in "Analects" (Lun Yu) (479-221 BC) wrote about it:
"If I could make my life longer, I would study 50 years the "Changes" and could never make mistakes".

As said some days ago, I arrived in my reading to the concept of I-Ching and wanted to share my knowledge with you to listen what do YOU think about all this.

"I Ching" or "Book of Changes", it's a Taoist Sacred Text (see "Read more" in the bottom of the post) that is teaching impermanence (my opinion). It was in use just in 1099 BC, and some sources say, it was written about 3000 years BC.

As in the case of Yang and Yin ( Yin Yang Symbol and Tai-Chi ), the main idea is changes of day and night, light and dark -because they are the main forces that rule all the life on the earth. The difference is that "I-Ching" uses not colours and circle but lines. Unbroken line means light and broken line means dark.

All the life is in harmony with this changes -or dis-harmonize with them. If "colours are actions and sufferings of the light" (Goethe), hexagrms are possible ways to evolve for every situation in this sense.

Every "day" means that after some time will come "night" and every "night" earlier or later will change to "day". There is a seed of "night" in every "day" ecc. So, you see it's the same picture as Yin-Yang.
